ValentPreferencesPage is a base class for plugins that want to provide a
preferences page. Unlike ValentDevicePreferencesGroup the page should
configure all of the plugin’s extension implementations, with the exception
of ValentDevicePlugin.
Implementations of ValentDevicePlugin should instead implement
ValentDevicePreferencesGroup, which will allow plugins to store
per-devices settings.
