Rebuild the local KDE Connect identity packet.
This method is called to rebuild the identity packet used to identify the host device to remote devices.
Implementations that override Valent.ChannelServiceClass.build_identity
should chain-up first, then call valent_channel_service_ref_identity()
and modify that.
